What is Depression?

Depression is defined as a set of mental disorders and/or physical reactions that tend to affect the quality of your life. It may be mild or severe depending on the person. Depression is described as being characterized by fatigue, loss of interest in activities, low self-esteem, irritability, guilt, and loneliness. It can also interfere with normal activities.
